The Carmine Toto Jr. Scholarship was established to honor the memory of Madison community leader Carmine Toto Jr. who passed away in September 2021. Administered and managed by the Toto Family, this annual scholarship benefits qualifying Madison high school seniors who are seeking to continue their educations after high school.
